The energy, the suppleness, the relaxation and the joy combined with folk and classic techniques are scheduled. The oriental dance is a way of expression where emotion and feelings must free themself.

To learn to dance must lead to affirm self respect and to give the freedom to be who you are, to find yourself, to discover yourself. It is also to forget about the norm of « slimness », « roundness », « curve ». The principal is not to judge but to indulge to learn to assume your body, to pass on your story, your sensuality without complex…

This is an unwinding dance, sometime a sort of soft therapy.You have to try this discipline, more complex and richer than you think to realise that it makes you work whole body.

It is under the sign of passion that Fériel, professional dancer, choregrapher and teacher since nearly 15 years gives classes to children and adults on music of yesterday and today.She makes you discover and teaches with professionalism this ancient art and the different influences of this dance.The program is structured and progressive, the movements and technic are approached and explained with precision. Each class includes warm up, stetching, relaxation.Because the oriental dance are more than just bellydancing, come and discover all their richness and their complexity… !

To materialize her sudent work, Feriel creates every year an end of the year show with all the dancers of the school.A real meeting for all passionate and dance enthusiast !

Classes for the professional Dear professional dancers, I offer you private lesson, a followed and personal training, to work on your strong and weale points, finding together your personality in the dance, work on your technic and your knowledge in the different areas.I will be your coach.
